Chapter Development Working Group - Strategic Planning Workshop Package

As part of CISV International’s Strategic Plan, the Chapter Development Committee is developing a strategic planning workshop package to assist NAs and Chapters to develop and implement tailored strategic plans in line with the global plan and vision. The workshop package will be an integral part of communicating CISV’s strategy, and it will help us to align as an organization.

To complete this pieces of work, we are forming a working group.  This working group will plan, design and produce the package and plan the rollout of it. 

We are looking for about 4-5 people to form the working group.

Educational Programmes Committee member

We are looking for a member to be part of the Educational Programmes Committee. Applicants should have professional or academic expertise in non-formal, peace or intercultural education. Experience and good understanding of CISV programmes is preferred.

To reflect our diverse membership and to encourage representation from across our organization, we may give preference to applicants from Asia-Pacific.

Educational Programmes Regional Delivery Team Member (Americas)

We are looking for team members willing to deliver training and provide ongoing support for IPP and/or Seminar Camp. Applicants must have valid TTT-certification, and either have Seminar Camp staff experience (and preferably valid Seminar Camp staff training), or IPP experience.

This post is open only to people living in the Americas Region.

Training and Quality Assurance Committee member (Risk Management Specialist)

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive person to join the Training and Quality Assurance Committee as a Risk Management Specialist. This is a responsible post, which requires commitment and good communications skills, along with well-developed understanding and experience of risk management in CISV and/or organizations doing similar work. Expertise in risk management training development (particularly online training) would be an advantage.

Training and Quality Assurance Regional Delivery Team (Europe, Middle-East and Africa)

We are looking to recruit up to three new team members. Applicants must be experienced trainers with outstanding skills, have time for and be willing to work in virtual international project teams, and have a valid TTT certificate. The successful candidates will contribute to training-related projects and potentially become a TTT and/or Essentials of Peace Education trainer at a later point.

Team member responsibilities include contributing to the re-certification of TTT certified trainers within the region, and supporting National/Promotional Associations with regard to their planning and delivery of training.
