Focus: HOPE

Description

The IPP participants worked together with a human rights organization called Focus:HOPE which is very successful in rising the standard of living for poor people living in Detroit. The participants worked in the foods program, supervising field trips for children, helping children with homework, machine shop repair and maintenance. Concerning the Educational Part the participants compared programs their home cities have, to work on urban poverty.
