International Mosaic Committee

Every CISV Programme has an official Guide which should be used by project staff, co-ordinators, committee members, national and chapter chairs, chapter members and even participants, in order to get a good idea of what to expect by the experience they are getting involved in. This is where you can find the Mosaic Programme Guide.

Mosaic allows chapters a lot of freedom to be creative with how they apply peace education to the local level – but it does have a number of set procedures, standards, expectations and goals which must be taken into account in all projects.

Mosaic is based on a well-organised educational model and the International Mosaic Committee expect all projects to aim for a certain standard of quality around the globe.

That is why we ask that all projects are based strictly on the guidelines in this document. All chapters and staff who will be involved in hosting projects must read this guide and be familiar with its contents.
