Skills
Ability to distinguish among phases.
Ability to apply and implement the theory of a peace education process to a project.
Ability to link and elaborate each phase according to different objectives
Ability to distinguish between the process (the 3 phases) and objectives (the ASK model)
Knowledge
Knowledge about what makes a Peace Education Process and how the phases are driving it in the context of a Mosaic project
Understanding of the essential questions addressed by each phase in order to effectively plan activities within each of them.
