Topic 1 - Mosaic History and Introduction

Learning Objectives:

Attitudes
Contribute to an understanding that Mosaic is fundamentally important in order for CISV to reach its broader strategic goals. This is because Mosaic projects meet specific needs that no other CISV programs do, making them particularly relevant.
Knowledge
Provide knowledge about the background of the Mosaic program and about the main rationale of changing from ‘Local Work’ to ‘Mosaic’.

Mosaic Guide
Refer to Mosaic Guide, Chapter 1.
Please make sure you refer to the guide every time you do training to ensure that your own knowledge and understanding of Mosaic is up-to-date.
