FAQ - Mosaic Training in my chapter
Training is an essential part of CISV's development. It is through training that people learn, discuss and improve their participation in CISV. Since Mosaic is quite new in the organisation, it is very much necessary that people that plan to work with it have the necessary information and support throughout this process.
To do that, the IMC provides different kinds of trainings:
· First time and joint visits
In order to train staffs of projects, chapters can invite IMC members to come to their chapter and give the Mosaic staff a high-quality staff training. If the training is not just for the staff of one chapter, but there are more invited, it’s a joint visit.
· National Board Meeting Mosaic introduction and training
NAs can invite IMC members to do an introduction/ training of Mosaic to a group of people at their NBM or another event.
· TTMT (Training The Mosaic Trainers) Regional workshops
IMC will staff regional trainings where participants will be trained to do first time visits and introductions/ trainings at NBMs.
