FAQ - External people being Staff
Yes. Mosaic principles encourage the inclusion of
people from outside the organisation in the projects as participants and staff members together
with “regular” CISVers.
However, due to Risk Management reasons, Project Managers must be from the organisation. By having a staff member from outside CISV will give more and new ways to think, work and potentially more expertise on a theme we want to develop in our Project.
