In 2004, after years of experience in developing tools to implement Local Work in all NAs and after monitoring the real situation of the Programme in CISV, ILWC (now IMC) launched re:think Local Work Project. Responding to a mandate by the Board of Trustees, ILWC (now IMC) evaluated key points in the structure of the programme with the aim of making it more doable, attractive and educationally effective. The result was Mosaic.
