Per Olsson (Sweden)Mosaic ChairPer has a dream of starting a hostel where people from all over the world can meet, plan projects and have their meetings while being on the road backpacking or just travelling. Like a huge self-organising open space meeting over time and cross borders. Meanwhile he work as a policy coordinator at the National Council of Swedish Youth Organisations, convinced that young peoples competences could be used a lot more in the development of society. He is occupied with watering his plants and dealing with the finances of his apartment building. And on thursdays he plays badminton. Moreover, he holds a seat in the board of Education in the City of Stockholm. He has been a member of the committee since 2002.

Federico Bertolani (Italy) Full member - Training Team Hello fella, My name is Ico and I'm part of the IMC Training team. Besides making me Mosaic addicted, CISV made me also have the chance to be Italian NJR and European Regional Coordinator. Fortunately CISV is not all i do - I'm soon completing my Master of Science in International Management and looking for a job. A real one that involves some sort of remuneration. In the meanwhile, I enjoy my life playing the guitar and singing very loud stupid CISVish songs. Kiss on the nose, Ico.
